As the son of one of the founders, Mark learned the ropes at Fylde from an early age. Having worked in various roles within the automotive industry, Mark returned to Fylde and eventually took over the position of Operations Director.
When not at work, Mark can usually be found playing in his workshop with motorcycles or cars.
Martin Stringfellow
Quality Director
Martin worked as both a software and hardware engineer in the aerospace and nuclear industries before joining Fylde to succeed his father in 1995.
At Fylde, Martin is the director responsible for quality, product development, software and test.
When not working at Fylde, Martin spends much of his time coaching at his local hockey club.
Charlotte Crossley
ISO Manager
Charlotte is the 3rd generation of Crossley’s to work at Fylde.
She started working for the company in 2011 as our administrator. Having gained work experience around the world Charlotte has returned to the company as Manager in charge of quality and business development.
Becky Brindle
Administrative Assistant
Also a 3rd generation of Crossley’s to work at Fylde. Becky joined the team in 2020 as our office administrator, having gained experience in similar office roles and retail. When Becky isn’t working she enjoys time with her family, mostly at football matches with her two sons.
Liz Sampson
Administrative Assistant
Liz joined the team in 2020 to assist with the smooth running of the front office. She has previous experience of an office environment and customer focused roles; having worked for Lancashire Country Council, Ribby Hall and other establishments.
Away from Fylde, Liz is a busy mum to 3 children who enjoy outdoor activities and sport.
Paul Sanders
Senior Design Engineer
Paul has over 20 years electronic design experience. Having developed a number of legislation driven products, he prides himself on attention to detail.
At the weekends Paul enjoys relaxing with his family in the Lake District, and can sometimes be found walking the fells.
Tony Duck
Test Engineer
Tony started working at Fylde in 1977! Responsible for inspection and test of finished products, he knows every configuration, jumper setting and expected performance across the range.
When Tony is not testing electronics he is busy collecting and repairing them, gadgets, gaming hardware, music synthesizers, AV and DJ equipment.
